Terms of use

These terms apply to anyone using StoryPoints, the planning poker tool provided by Intello Tecnologia (Brazilian company registry 64.567.838/0001-44). By using StoryPoints, you agree to them.

The service

StoryPoints lets you create estimation rooms, invite people by link and vote in real time. It is free to use. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, and the service may change, gain or lose features.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for access to the email or Google account used to sign in. You can delete your account any time on the Account page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use StoryPoints to send illegal or offensive content or content that infringes the rights of others;
• try to access rooms you were not invited to;
• overload the service with automation, mass room creation or artificial traffic;
• try to bypass technical limits or security measures.

We may close rooms or accounts that break these rules.

Room content

Room names, stories and votes belong to whoever created them. Intello processes this content only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Rooms without an account are deleted after 30 idle days and cannot be recovered.

Liability

StoryPoints is provided as is. Intello is not responsible for decisions made based on estimates, for data lost from rooms deleted under the retention policy or for temporary outages.
